★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno venduto due gomme di un marchio e due di un altro marchio... Per di più le gomme vendute sono state fabbricate nel 2010!!!! La spiegazione data al telefono è che loro comprano gomme solo dal nord Italia e in Germania usate e che quindi sono state conservate a temperature basse non alte (come. In Sicilia) e quindi hanno mantenuto tutte le caratteristiche originali... Mah sono senza parole!
Per di più per poterle cambiare chiedono i costi di spedizione a mio carico quindi non rimborsabili. Servizio pessimo! Non dovrebbero neanche poter vendere questo tipo di pneumatici... Vergognosi!
They sold me two tires from one brand and two from another brand ... Moreover the tires sold were manufactured in 2010 !!!! The explanation given on the phone is that they buy tires only from northern Italy and Germany used and that they have therefore been stored at low temperatures (such as in Sicily) and therefore have retained all the original features ... I am speechless. !
Furthermore, to be able to change them, they ask for non-refundable shipping costs to me. Bad service! They shouldn't even be able to sell this type of tires ... Shameful!

Compri delle gomme e te ne mandano altre di altro tipo e con la data di scadenza delle gomme scadute di ben 4 anni!!
Per la restituzione vogliono che paga l'acquirente, il costo delle restituzione è uguale al costo delle loro 4 gomme, praticamente esci fuori del doppio dei soldi senza avere quello che volevi.
Oltretutto se fossero andate bene le misure e montate il rischio di verbali o incidente chi se lo assumeva con le gomme scadute?
Truffa a piena regola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esprerienza con questa azienda non e' positiva. Mi hanno mandato degli penumatici scrivendo che il battistrada era di 5,5 medio e purtroppo era di 3. Quando ho scritto a Cuppuzzello dicendo che non ero felice dell'acquisto non mi ha neanche risposto. Per me sara' la ultima esperenzia con questa azienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato 2 gomme Bridgestone per la mia auto,arrivate in tempo almeno questo è stato positivo ma del resto se avessi potuto avrei messo 0 stellette,gomme arrivate con difetti,montate lo stesso giorno dell'arrivo,la prima tagliata sul lato fortunatamente riparata dal mio gommista,la seconda sgonfiata dopo mezza giornata in più dell'altra un buchetto sul lato non riparabile,ho contattato l'interessato,il responsabile dell'azienda Rosario Cappuzzello dove mi risponde alla email dicendomi che in Sicilia le gomme erano buone e non è colpa sua se mi sono trovato in queste condizioni,la sua bella risposta è stata"le gomme forano"...in pratica sono rimasto a piedi 2 volte in un giorno e mezzo, esperienza bruttissima, personale ancora peggio.vergognoso.

Contattarli è molto , e risposte abbastanza veloci .
Le gomme lo ho ancora montate da meno di 1 mese , le mie in questione erano una tipologia ancora nuove ma di vecchia datatura , per adesso direi super soddisfatto .
Dopo aver chiesto se potevo passare io personalmente dal magazzino per ritirare il mio treno di gomme , è subito stata accettata la mia proposta ed è stato tutto fatto senza problematiche e molto organizzatamente .
Ho ritirato il pacco in sede , ho comunicato dubito del avvenuto ritiro , tutto senza problemi .
