Ma che roba è? In Italia gira sta gente qui? I will report to the Guardia di Finanza, toll-free number never working, email never answered, right of withdrawal not usable, pec contact not specified in the contractual terms and conditions. But what is it? Are there people here in Italy?
A	Alessio Branduardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato il 15/12/2017 con estrema urgenza, motivo per cui ho contattato il venditore il quale mi ha assicurato che il prodotto sarebbe arrivato prima delle feste nonostante provenisse dalla Germania. Oggi però, 11/01/2018 sono ancora in attesa del mio ordine e purtroppo dopo svariati tentativi di comunicare con il negozio sia via telefonica sia tramite posta elettronica non ho ricevuto alcuna informazione sullo stato del mio pacco. Pessima esperienza, lo sconsiglio vivamente. Order placed on 15/12/2017 with extreme urgency, which is why I contacted the seller who assured me that the product would arrive before the holidays despite coming from Germany. Today however, 11/01/2018 I am still waiting for my order and unfortunately after several attempts to communicate with the shop both by phone and by email I have not received any information on the status of my package. Bad experience, I strongly advise against it.

Numero verde mai utilizzabile, promesse di consegne il giorno di Natale (?). 6 mesi per avere 4 gomme mandate in due tranche e neanche quelle ordinate; al corriere non hanno neanche dato un numero di riferimento. Errore mio di pagarli con la carta invece di paypal. E sono stato anche buono a non denunciarli. Da evitare assolutamente. They not even deserve one star. Amateurs in jeopardy, even crooks because too fools to be; simply incapable. Never use Toll, promises to deliver on Christmas Day (?). 6 months for having sent four tires in two tranches and even those ordered; the carrier has not even given a reference number. My failure to pay them with paper rather than paypal. And I was also good not to report them. To be avoided.
G	Giulia N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza pessima, non essendo possibile telefonare perchè il numero verde indicato risultava sempre occupato, nel pomeriggio di un giorno qualunque ho fatto l'ordine, tentando dopo di contattare per via facebook ecc. assoltumante pessima la comunicazione con il venditore, che lavorando su ordini e non su pronto magazzino non garantisce assolutamente nulla, capisco che uno prima delle feste abbia un'incremento di lavoro, ma la comunicazione è importante. Ho deciso di annullare l'ordine ma il rimborso l'ho ottenuto solamente da parte di paypal dopo aver aperto il reclamo. loro manco si sono degnati di rispondere. lo stesso giorno ho ordinato da un venditore a milano e giorno dopo ancora ho montato la gomma. A	Anonimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, organizzazione e comunicazione a pessimi livelli: dopo avergli dato fiducia fino all'ultimo, alla fine sono stato costretto ad affrontare il viaggio con le vecchie gomme perché non hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna, questo nonostante le loro rassicurazioni. Nessuna risposta l'ultimo giorno per me utile né alle mie telefonate per chiedere chiarimenti sulla consegna né alla mia mail di richiesta di rimborso: costretto ad aprire un reclamo con paypal per ottenerlo. Neanche una riga di scuse, assoluta mancanza di attenzione e rispetto nei confronti del cliente. Per la mia esperienza lo sconsiglio vivamente. Negative experience, organization and communication at very bad levels: after having trusted him to the last, in the end I was forced to face the journey with the old tires because they did not respect the delivery times, this despite their reassurances. No answer on the last day useful for me neither to my phone calls to ask for clarifications on the delivery nor to my email for a refund request: forced to open a claim with paypal to get it.
