★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people in pro shop, restaurant and bar. Tee boxes and fairways are very good on a beautiful landscape of interesting holes. But there is no sand in 90% of the traps and the greens are slow and rough. Worth a visit for the scenery and layout of the course, but if you play with beginners 70% of your time will be spent looking for balls in the 6 inch rough. Keep the ball in the fairway and it plays much better. Tips are around 6600 yd. Rental clubs were terrible. Mismatched old clubs and only 12 so without a wedge and 3 iron or hybrid the yardage could not be gapped. Decent range with good balls and several pitching and putting practice areas.
