V	Va on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non è la prima volta che entro in questo negozio, la prima volta sono entrata e sono rimasta svestita per piu di 10 minuti in camerino aspettando invano tornasse la commessa con un paio di pantaloni....alla fine mi sono rivestita e me ne sono andata x la disperazione...e intanto lei continuava imperterrita la conversazione telefononica....sono tornata a distanza di mesi e purtroppo con i saldi che fatica cavolo tre commesse erano li e io in balia con i pantaloni in mano! ..la prima commessa mi ha servito per 2 minuti poi, meno male che è arrivata una ragazza più giovane la quale mi ha dato assistenza e conforto ho provato a chiedere alla prima commessa se poteva cercare una taglia piu grossa ma nulla....poi la ragazza piu giovane che mi ha assistito con gli occhiali ha provato a chiamare un negozio e purtroppo poi la ricerca lho dovuta far io perche si è messa la prima al telefono e ho preso e me ne sono andata...la qualità della merce è buona ma se non vieni assistito ce poco da fare.... it is not the first time that I enter this shop, the first time I entered and I was undressed for more than 10 minutes in the dressing room waiting in vain for the saleswoman to come back with a pair of pants .... in the end I got dressed and I went gone x despair ... and meanwhile she continued the telephone conversation undeterred .... I came back months later and unfortunately with the sales that fatigue cabbage three orders were there and I at the mercy with pants in hand! ..the first saleswoman served me for 2 minutes then, thank goodness that a younger girl arrived who gave me assistance and comfort I tried to ask the first saleswoman if she could look for a bigger size but nothing .... then the younger girl who assisted me with glasses tried to call a shop and unfortunately then I had to do the search because she put the first one on the phone and I took it and I left ... the quality of the goods it is good but if you are not assisted there is little to do ....
L	LILIANA GIGLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 12:20 chiamo per chiedere se hanno una gonna che cercavo e mi rispondono di SI, dico che vado a prenderla e mi dicono che stanno per chiudere, chiedo quando aprono nel pomeriggio e mi muovo da Bracciano per Viale Marconi, alle 16:00,quando riaprono, avviso che sono per strada e che vado a prendere la gonna e mi rispondono che l'hanno venduta. Maleducati, non professionali, nessuna attenzione al cliente, pessima immagine per il brand. 12:20 pm I call to ask if they have a skirt I was looking for and they answer YES, I say that I am going to get it and they tell me that they are about to close, I ask when they open in the afternoon and I move from Bracciano to Viale Marconi, at 16:00 , when they reopen, I notice that I am on the street and that I am going to get the skirt and they reply that they have sold it. Rude, unprofessional, no customer focus, bad image for the brand.
