Ho un bambino piccolo e fino a lunedì dobbiamo stare senza riscaldamento e acqua calda. CON QUELLO CHE PAGHIAMO DOVRESTE CORRERE!!!! Vi denuncio subito e lunedì cambio gestore. Congratulations!!!! L	Luciano Pavone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egregi signori della società Goldengas,io signora Mascioli Maria Laura o stipulato un contratto con voi per la fornitura del G.P.L tramite bombolone interrato con annesso contatore con due utenze in zona Pietranico (Pescara) ,cioè due attacchi di gas ,ed il pagamento tramite bolletta bimestrale,e non ogni 4 mesi o altro .Se non avete abbastanza gente in zona,vi li posso mandare io la lettura ogni mese ,o ogni due mesi. Il motivo perchè o messo il contatore e per non avere sempre cifre alte da pagare come succede ancora adesso, purtroppo non riusciamo a capirci la volta scorsa lo pagata con due rate ,anche questa volta la pagerò nello stesso modo. Inoltre da un po di tempo la posta in questo paese arriva in ritardo ,mi reco domani alle poste per farvi il primo pagamento ,sempre se a voi va bene altrimenti fate sapere novità. vi saluto e scusate del ritardo ma non dipeso dalla mia volontà,ma da altri. Per quanto riguarda il primo argomento, avendo un contratto con di fornitura a consumo con serbatoio in comune con altri vicini di un paesino, lamento il fatto che la tariffa cambia in base a non so quali parametri ed in modo periodico da utente ad utente e non tutti abbiamo lo stesso prezzo. Attualmente io ho in fattura 5,50 €/mc, cifra davvero fuori mercato. Riguardo la fatturazione, e vedo che non è un problema solo mio, non è possibile ricevere una o -massimo- due bollette l'anno che hanno poi importi da capogiro e poi ricevere pretendere che le stesse si paghino alla scadenza (spesso passata) o massimo 50% subito e 50% a 30 giorni. Cercherò a breve soluzioni alternative. Tanto si doveva. Dear sirs, this is to expose my complaints both in terms of pricing and billing. Cercheremo sicuramente altri fornitori!
