Amo la città Chiusa/Klausen ed il suo flair e il Goldene Rose fa parte di questo ambiente speciale. Esso è situato in un edificio storico tra i più interessanti del centro e già di per sé merita una visita. La gestione del ristorante da parte delle proprietarie, signora Margit e la figlia Manuela, garantisce agli ospiti un'accoglienza di grande qualità sia nella forma che nella sostanza. Stile, buon gusto, cultura e nello stesso tempo legame con la tradizione del luogo. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene in una splendida stube storica, tutta la mia famiglia è rimasta soddisfatta e non dimenticherà questa bella esperienza. I cibi sono stati cucinati con cura da Margit secondo la usanza locale: ottimi i canederli in brodo, il filetto di cervo, il cavolo rosso, gli spatzele bianchi. Ottimo vino bianco tipico di Chiusa, il Kerner ed il rosso Lagrein di Laimburg. Bella sorpresa finale con i Krapfen di Villandro/Villanders /con marmellata di mirtillo rosso, prugna ed albicocca)ed una meravigliosa torta di grano saraceno. Mentre scrivo mi viene ancora l'acquolina in bocca!! Grazie Margit, grazie Manuela e ARRIVEDERCI! I chose Goldene Rose for a very important occasion for me and my family. I love the city Chiusa / Klausen and its flair and the Goldene Rose is part of this special environment. It is located in a historic building among the most interesting in the center and already in itself worth a visit. The management of the restaurant by the owners, Mrs. Margit and her daughter Manuela, guarantees guests a reception of great quality both in form and substance. Style, good taste, culture and at the same time a link with the tradition of the place. We ate very well in a beautiful historic parlor, my whole family was satisfied and will not forget this beautiful experience. The foods have been carefully prepared by Margit according to local custom: excellent dumplings in broth, deer fillet, red cabbage, white spatzele. Excellent white wine typical of Chiusa, the Kerner and the Lagrein red of Laimburg. Nice surprise with the Krapfen of Villandro / Villanders / with cranberry jam, plum and apricot) and a wonderful buckwheat cake. As I write, my mouth is still watering! Die Chefin zaubert das, was man als große lokale Hausmannskost bezeichnen muss. Und darüber hinaus ist es seit langem das einzige, dass man als Hausmannskost bezeichnen darf. Und wir sind sehr verwöhnte Küche gewohnt. Ganz lieben Dank Margit!!!!? Wir kommen extra aus München wieder nur wegen Dir!!! Chapeaux !!! This restaurant is a highlight in terms of both culinary and visual appearance. The boss conjures up what can be described as great local home cooking. And what's more, it's been the only one that can be called home cooking for a long time. And we are used to very pampered cuisine. Thank you very much, Margit !!!! ? We're coming back from Munich just because of you !!!

m	marco papini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eclectic place to have a drink; well worth the visit. But, I was disappointed by the restaurant's fixed menu. Not sure why they included fish in South Tyrol, the food was barely warm and I thought the price was too high. Too bad, the place has charm.
