Portato uno smartphone per schermo crepato, lo hanno riparato a tempo record, tutto contento lo riporto a casa: il touch non funzionava bene, non prendeva bene il dito. Scontento riporto il telefono indietro, me lo riprendono in garanzia, me lo ridanno quindi la sera stessa...lo schermo funziona peggio di prima, è inutilizzabile, se tocchi un punto registra il tocco 1cm più in sù o più in giù, abbiamo finito per buttare il telefono e per cambiarlo perché non volevamo di nuovo tornare a far valere la nostra "garanzia" e avere a che fare con questo negozio una terza volta.
 Stay away from this place. Bringing a smartphone for a cracked screen, they repaired it in record time, happily bringing it back home: the touch didn't work well, it didn't take the finger well. Unhappy I bring the phone back, they take it back to me as a guarantee, they give it back to me the same evening ... the screen works worse than before, it is unusable, if you touch a point it registers the touch 1cm further up or down, we are done to drop the phone and to change it because we didn't want to go back to claiming our "guarantee" and dealing with this shop a third time.

Io di solito non scrivo mai delle recensioni ma questa volta lo farò. Sono stata 1 settimana e mezzo fa a cambiare la batteria perché si riscaldava troppo e si scaricava troppo in fretta. Me l'hanno cambiata subito a basso prezzo. Appena uscita dal negozio e ho utilizzato il cellulare ho riscontrato sempre lo stesso problema. Dopo 3 giorni sono andata in un centro assistenza e mi hanno detto che c'era da cambiare la batteria perché non è mai stata cambiata. Ringraziate che non vi ho mandato la finanza o vi abbia denunciato

I usually never write reviews but this time I will. I was 1 and a half weeks ago to change the battery because it got too hot and discharged too quickly. They changed it for me immediately at a low price. As soon as I left the shop and used my mobile phone I always encountered the same problem. After 3 days I went to a service center and they told me that the battery needed to be changed because it has never been changed. Thank you that I did not send you the finance or denounce you

Ho portato il mio portatile e far sistemare e, nel giro di un paio d'ore, hanno fatto un lavoro impeccabile. Sono stato anche oggi, dopo che mi si è rotto il display dello smartphone e lo hanno sostituito subito. Pellicola protettiva in omaggio con il cambio del display.
Davvero consigliato.
Se qualcuno avesse bisogno lo manderò certamente in questo negozio.

I brought my laptop and get it fixed and, within a couple of hours, they did a flawless job. I was also today, after my smartphone display broke and they replaced it right away. Free protective film with display change.
Really recommended.
If anyone needs I will certainly send it to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti, il mio telefono è una bella gatta da pelare, ho il Rog Phone 1, e loro sono gli unici a Saronno a metterci mano, e già questo dice molto sulla loro competenza, certo, ho avuto i miei problemi, ma riportando il telefono e facendogli notare il "danno" (assolutamente non grave) a seguito della riparazione, hanno provveduto a sistemarlo senza costi aggiuntivi ed in poco tempo, ma ci ritengo a precisare che il mio è un telefono complicato, con pezzi che non si trovano facilmente, quindi complimenti.
