★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un viaggio terribile da Termini Imerese a Civitavecchia, Ovviamente bandiera greca ma con il mare forza 6 volavano pure gli estintori vedere cadere i profumi dalla vetrina del negozio a parte i bicchieri del bar in mare aperto non è una bella esperienza la sconsiglio vivamente almeno questa nave
I made a terrible trip from Termini Imerese to Civitavecchia, of course the Greek flag but with the sea force 6 fire extinguishers also flew to see the perfumes fall from the shop window apart from the glasses of the bar in the open sea is not a good experience I strongly advise against it at least this ship

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsissimo servizio. Nave del dopoguerra, sporca, problemi continui con scarico bagno (abbiamo preso la cabina) lentissimo il momento di sbarco nave. Arrivo previsto ore 22.30 arrivati alle 00.15 e sbarcati alle 01.15. Non prenderemo più questa tratta. Sconsigliatissima.
Very little service. Post-war ship, dirty, continuous problems with bathroom drain (we took the cabin) very slow the moment of ship unloading. Expected arrival at 22.30 arrived at 00.15 and landed at 01.15. We will no longer take this route. Sconsigliatissima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre avuto brutte esperienze con GNV, stranamente però questa volta l'imbarco è stato abbastanza celere. Le indicazioni al porto, invece, sono imbarazzanti. Inoltre durante il viaggio per Civitavecchia uno dei due motori della nave si è rotto, portando un ritardo di 3 ore su un viaggio di 13 ore. I bagni della nave hanno cominciato a essere in condizioni pietose, impossibile usufruirne. Il disagio più totale.
AGGIORNAMENTO: ho chiesto via email il rimborso che mi spetta a causa del ritardo, GNV ha subito risposto chiedendomi coordinate bancarie e assicurandomi che presto verrò rimborsato.
I've always had bad experiences with GNV, strangely however this time the boarding has been quite fast. The directions to the port, on the other hand, are embarrassing. Also during the trip to Civitavecchia one of the ship's two engines broke, bringing a 3-hour delay on a 13-hour journey. The ship's bathrooms began to be in a pitiful condition, impossible to use. The most total discomfort.
UPDATE: I asked via email for my reimbursement due to the delay, GNV immediately replied asking for bank details and assuring me that I will be reimbursed soon.
