★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto di essere andata in questa pasticceria innumerevoli volte negli anni passati , e di non essere mai stata delusa prima. Di recente vivendo fuori mi sono sempre servita in altre pasticcerie, ma per la festa in famiglia di mio figlio decido di tornare qui a ordinare la torta, peccato che questa si è rivelata impossibile da mangiare da parte dei bambini invitati in quanto piena di alcool. Tutti gli invitati hanno fatto presente l'odore e il sapore forte... risultato 60€ di torta buttata. Una delusione.
I state that I have gone to this pastry shop countless times in past years, and that I have never been disappointed before. Recently living outside I have always served myself in other patisseries, but for my son's family party I decide to come back here to order the cake, a pity that this proved to be impossible to eat by the invited children as it was full of alcohol. All the guests pointed out the strong smell and taste ... 60 € result of thrown cake. A delusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non all'altezza, ordino una torta a mattone di 2 kg e si presentano con una torta tonda da 1,6 kg...inutili le giustificazioni della signora alla cassa che per altro mi dice che per il numero di persone sarebbe comunque stata sufficiente...nessuna scusa da parte sua e per non far cattiva figura con i miei ospiti ho dovuto comprare un'altra torta altrove...e menomale che l'ho presa perché altrimenti nessuno avrebbe potuto prendere il bis....nessuna attenzione al cliente,lo sconsiglio vivamente.
Staff not up to par, I order a 2 kg brick cake and they come up with a 1.6 kg round cake ... useless the justifications of the lady at the cash desk who, moreover, tells me that for the number of people it would have been anyway enough ... no apology from him and in order not to make a bad impression with my guests I had to buy another cake elsewhere ... and luckily I took it because otherwise no one could have taken an encore .... none attention to the customer, I strongly advise against it.

Per l'ennesima volta la torta ordinata non si è rivelata della quantità richiesta, appena sufficiente per i commensali. La cosa più spiacevole sono le tentate giustificazioni fatte alla cassa con sufficienza, da chi ormai i soldi li aveva presi. Sono stato costretto a prendere un'altra torta da un'altra parte per rimediare all'errore. Non ci andrò più.
Good food cannot make up for the lack of courtesy and professionalism. For the umpteenth time the ordered cake did not turn out to be of the required quantity, just enough for the diners. The most unpleasant thing is the attempted justifications made at the cashier with sufficiency, from whom by now the money had taken them. I was forced to take another cake somewhere else to make up for the mistake. I will not go there anymore.
