★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto visita agonistica a mio figlio di 12 anni senza poter entrare e vedere cosa hanno effettivamente fatto. (Non mi era mai successo prima).visita frettolosa, in 10 minuti hanno fatto(non so cosa), assembramenti in sala di attesa, pavimenti sporchi e anche i bagni dove depositano le urine erano sporchi.
Non mi è piaciuto questo modo di fare le visite,preferisco di gran lunga le visite che fanno in ospedale.Preciso che all usl, purtroppo i tempi di attesa erano troppo lunghi e per questo ho scelto questo centro.
I made a competitive visit to my 12 year old son without being able to go in and see what they actually did. (It had never happened to me before). Hasty visit, in 10 minutes they did (I don't know what), crowds in the waiting room, dirty floors and even the bathrooms where they deposit the urine were dirty.
I did not like this way of making visits, I much prefer visits to the hospital. I specify that at USL, unfortunately the waiting times were too long and this is why I chose this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno sbagliato l'appuntamento di un'ora, quando al telefono abbiamo entrambi specificato 2 volte l'orario esatto. Ma ovviamente hanno ragione loro, per cui aspettato più di un'ora in sala d'attesa.... Visita agonistica a dir poco ridicola !!
They missed the appointment by an hour, when we both specified the exact time twice on the phone. But obviously they are right, so I waited more than an hour in the waiting room .... A competitive visit to say the least ridiculous !!

Ho svolto una visita medico-sportiva non agonistica presso il poliambulatorio GM. L’ambiente è moderno e molto pulito, nessuna osservazione sull’organizzazione. Tuttavia vorrei segnalare la superficialità con la quale è stata svolta la visita, consistita esclusivamente in auscultazione del cuore ed elettrocardiogramma: sostanzialmente ha fatto tutto l’infermiera ed il medico si è limitato ad apporre la firma sul certificato. Comodo sulla sua bella poltrona, non si è preso nemmeno la briga di riferire quale fosse l’esito della visita ed alla mia richiesta di delucidazioni, la sua risposta laconica è stata che se ci fossero stati dei problemi me lo avrebbe riferito. Nessuna domanda sulla mia storia clinica, nonostante nella raccolta anamnestica fosse riportato un incidente con cure in corso, che forse potrebbero interferire con la pratica sportiva stessa. E chi me lo dovrebbe dire se non il medico sportivo? Quantomeno ci si aspetterebbe qualche domanda di chiarimento. La mia pregressa esperienza in visite sportive presso un altro ambulatorio mi ha fatto conoscere ben differente modo di lavorare: un interesse per il paziente pertinente allo scopo della visita, che porti a verificare se in effetti la persona possa essere idonea o meno, una raccolta di informazioni sullo stato di salute globale che non mi aspetto vada “oltre”, ma che perlomeno accerti se ci siano i requisiti minimi. Nella visita di oggi è mancato tutto ciò, perfino la professionalità e la voglia di dire “sì, lei può praticare sport”. Forse tal medico si aspettava che è anche ciò venisse detto dall’infermiera, impegnata a galoppare tra un paziente e l’altro, sotto il suo sguardo indolente? Il burn-out e la pensione che si avvicina mal si accompagnano a tale professione.

I underwent a non-competitive sports medical examination at the GM outpatient clinic. The environment is modern and very clean, with no observations on the organization. However, I would like to point out the superficiality with which the visit was carried out, which consisted exclusively of auscultation of the heart and electrocardiogram: basically the nurse did everything and the doctor limited himself to signing the certificate. Comfortably in his beautiful chair, he didn't even bother to report the outcome of the visit and to my request for clarification, his laconic response was that if there were any problems he would have told me. No questions about my medical history, despite the fact that an accident with ongoing treatments was reported in the anamnestic collection, which perhaps could interfere with the sporting practice itself. And who should tell me if not the sports doctor? At least we would expect some questions for clarification. My previous experience in sports visits to another clinic made me know a very different way of working: an interest in the patient relevant to the purpose of the visit, which leads to verify whether in fact the person may be suitable or not, a collection of information on the state of global health that I do not expect to go “further”, but that at least ascertain if the minimum requirements are in place. In today's visit all this was missing, even the professionalism and the desire to say “yes, you can play sports”. Perhaps this doctor expected this too to be said by the nurse, engaged in galloping between one patient and another, under his indolent gaze? Burnout and approaching retirement do not go well with this profession.
