★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this nightmare of a company at all costs. The level of incompetence that runs through GLS Catania is seriously frigthening and quite frankly bizarre. I tried for over a week to get a package from GLS Catania delivered. I was fed lies upon lies about why the package wasn´t delivered and the whereabouts of the package. On 2 occasions I arranged with GLS Catania Customer Service to collect the package at their Depot in Catania as they refused to deliver it to my address. The first time, I drove all the way out to their Depot, I was told that they did not have it. Apparently, some driver had it and he was driving about in some other city than Catania. Then they informed me that I could collect it the next day. When I came by the next day, they informed me that they have decided to send it back to the sender. While they were telling me this, they laughed at me. They enjoyed to see that this was upsetting to me. The people that work there seriously need to have their heads examined. It is systemic. I will never use GLS again, ever! Avoid them at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had repeated problems with GLS Catania claiming that our address does not exist. As all our packages are addressed the same and every other company manages to find us, this is clearly not the case. My heart sinks when I see that a tracked package has been passed to GLS, as it is 95% certain that it will not arrive.
