★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ha ascoltato la necessità della cliente e ha fatto di testa sua: volevo spuntati i capelli di 2-3 cm, invece la signora ha ritenuto che le punte fossero vuote(?!) e una "accorciatina" di15 cm fosse ciò che mi serviva. Peccato che ero stata molto chiara e avevo ribadito di NON voler tagliare assolutamente 10 cm di capelli.
La ragazza allo shampoo al momento del balsamo ha usato il pettine con forza tirando ripetutamente i capelli (anche i bambini sanno che si parte dalle punte e pian piano si sale col pettine). Da evitare se non siete anziane dentro e coi capelli corti.
