Offrono un servizio per le poste private Ma quando arrivano le raccomandate bisogna cercarsele da soli tra la moltitudine arrivata. Tutto ovviamente a spese della privacy delle persone che si affidano a tale servizio privato.
If you are looking for professionalism, avoid this place. Customers are served as if they were doing a favor. They offer a service for private mails. But when the registered mail arrives you have to look for them yourself among the multitude that has arrived. All obviously at the expense of the privacy of the people who rely on this private service.

Sono venuta in questa cartolibreria perchè mi stava vicino, ma sarà la prima e ultima volta dato che ho trovato maleducazione da due signore con delle facce da lasciar a desiderare, e che come andavo da una mi diceva di andare nell'altra sala, e nell'altra sala mi mandavano di qua, quindi come se gli facessi io un favore. Oltretutto per stampare un foglio mi hanno fatto pagare 0,50€ centesimi con la scusante che avendo mandato il foglio per mail, costano così. Allibita proprio. Posto da dimenticare!
RUDE AND EVEN EXPENSIVE!
I came to this stationery bookstore because it was near me, but it will be the first and last time since I found rudeness from two ladies with faces to be desired, and who as I went to one would tell me to go to the other room, and in the other room they sent me from here, so as if I was doing them a favor. Moreover, to print a sheet they made me pay € 0.50 cents with the excuse that having sent the sheet by mail, they cost this way. Just astounded. Place to forget!
