In oltre zero serietà: mi fanno un preventivo su un ricambio abbastanza costoso da ordinare, accetto e dopo qualche giorno mi richiamano dicendomi che il costo è del 20% in più perché la Piaggio (guarda caso) ha ritoccato i listini proprio il giorno prima...
Very expensive and too much waiting on the spare parts to order (29 days for 2 gaskets). In over zero seriousness: they give me a quote on a spare part that is expensive enough to order, I accept and after a few days they call me back and tell me that the cost is 20% more because Piaggio (as it happens) has retouched the price lists the day before. ..
