★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima agenzia, che attiva contratti falsi ad insaputa dei lavoratori (quindi senza firma o comunque falsificandola).
A me è successo in piena QUARANTENA, con un contratto attivato il 21 marzo, quando non stavo lavorando e stavo percependo la disoccupazione: questo contratto annuale (scoperto 3 mesi dopo, visto che non mi stavano arrivando i soldi e ho iniziato delle "indagini") mi ha fatto perdere disoccupazione e bonus Covid... Ma ovviamente IO NON HO LAVORATO NEANCHE UN GIORNO PER QUESTA AGENZIA.
Sicuramente avranno avuto un proprio tornaconto, per arrivare un contratto falso... Ma non è legale!
Oltre a falsificare contratti, non forniscono i DPI, obbligatori per legge, non mandano le bustepaga contestualmente al pagamento (neanche dopo tante richieste e solleciti, anche al loro consulente del lavoro), raramente mandano la CU... Beh, senza contare che le paghe sono scarse e a 75 gg fine mese...
DA EVITARE, ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!!!!!!

It happened to me in full QUARANTINE, with a contract activated on March 21, when I was not working and I was perceiving unemployment: this annual contract (discovered 3 months later, since the money was not arriving and I started some "investigations" ) made me lose unemployment and Covid bonuses ... But obviously I DID NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY FOR ONE DAY.
Surely they will have had their own advantage, to get a false contract ... But it's not legal!
In addition to falsifying contracts, they do not provide the IPRs, mandatory by law, they do not send the pay envelopes at the same time as the payment (even after many requests and reminders, even to their labor consultant), they rarely send the CU ... Well, not to mention that the wages are scarce and 75 days at the end of the month ...
TO AVOID, ABSOLUTELY !!!!!!!!
