Se si girano le sedie la smaltatura non è stata fatta attentamente quindi poggiapiedi e parte inferiore della sedia risultano ruvide e scolorite. Alla mia rimostranza la risposta è stata ridendo che le sedie vanno tenute dritte e non rovesciate e che loro lavorano così. Risposta ridicola e poco professionale. Per farmi tacere hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato per vedere come sistemarle ma sono passate oltre 2 settimane...mai più mi serviro' di questa azienda. Faccio notare che 6 sedie mi sono costate oltre 800 euro ... I had the chairs in the room enameled and covered. Discreet work but only in the visible part. If you turn the chairs, the glazing has not been done carefully so the footrest and the lower part of the chair are rough and discolored. To my grievance the answer was laughing that the chairs should be kept straight and not overturned and that they work like that. Ridiculous and unprofessional answer. To silence me they said they would call me back to see how to fix them but it's been over 2 weeks ... I'll never use this company again. I point out that 6 chairs cost me over 800 euros ...
