Ti contattano leggendo inserzioni private di affitto o vendita immobili (ove specificato NO AGENZIA), promettendomi di aiutarti nella transazione senza pretendere compensi da te ma solo dalla controparte che invece si rivolge a loro autonomamente. Mentono spudoratamente sulla liquidità ed affidabilità delle persone che intendono proporti come affittuario e in caso di problemi se ne lavano le mani! Effettuati i contratti pretendono il pagamento della loro percentuale anche da te!

They shamelessly lie about the liquidity and reliability of the people who intend to offer you as a renter and in case of problems they wash their hands! Once the contracts have been made, they demand payment of their percentage from you too!
