Dopo il lavoro di sostituzione, pagato esattamente quanto preventivato, sono tornato per lamentare un fruscio.
Per rimediare è stato necessario prima sostituire una guarnizione, poi scollare integralmente il vetro - recuperandolo e pulendo tutto - e aggiungere un nuovo profilo, più la guarnizione nuova, e rimontare il vetro.
Il fruscio è sparito, e l'officina si è fatta carico senza alcuna esitazione di circa 100 euro di ricambi e di una giornata intera di lavoro, con auto sostitutiva.

To remedy it was necessary to first replace a gasket, then fully detach the glass - recovering and cleaning everything - and add a new profile, the more the new gasket, and reassemble the glass.
The rustling disappeared, and the workshop took charge of about 100 euros of spare parts and a full day's work, with a replacement car, without any hesitation.
I was greeted with a smile.
