Mi spiace dover dire che mentre il personale del piano terra è gentile, alcune commesse del piano superiore sono maleducate e per nulla professionali, in particolare la signora magra con i capelli castani e con gli occhiali da vista che non risponde neanche al buongiorno e sembra decisamente scocciata.
Avete perso due clienti.
На втором этаже отсутствует 'УВАЖЕНИЕ" к клиентам.
BAD EXPERIENCE
I'm sorry to say that while the downstairs staff are nice, some upstairs shop assistants are rude and not at all professional, especially the skinny lady with brown hair and eyeglasses who doesn't even respond to hello and looks decidedly annoyed.
You have lost two customers.

Bad experience upstairs .. annoyed and rude bets .. one of the two took my dress from my hand saying we are closing! They would close it .. but forever!
