Sto facendo il laser per eliminare la peluria del viso e del corpo e devo dire che mi ha salvato la vita, in pochi mesi ho visto una differenza enorme!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato come regalo di San Valentino un massaggio di coppia con ingresso Spa in omaggio presso questa Spa che non conoscevo. Siamo arrivati in orario, siamo stati accolti in modo piuttosto freddo dalle ragazze della reception e poi invitati a cambiarci per rilassarci nella loro spa che, devo dire, era molto carina e perfetta per un momento di relax. Dopo le 2 ore pattuite, abbiamo chiesto di poter avere il tanto agognato massaggio di coppia ma sfortunatamente per un errore di gestionale non era stato segnato e non c'era nessuna operatrice disponibile in quel momento.
Non potete capire la delusione che abbiamo provato, il momento di relax si è trasformato improvvisamente in un incubo.
Si sono scusati e ci hanno regalato un buono per 2 ingressi spa gratis, che io ho rifiutato pretendendo il massaggio che era quello che ci interessava. Mi hanno detto che mi chiameranno per farmi sapere, chissà se succederà.
Per quanto mi riguarda il posto è anche carino, ma la gestione è veramente pessima e ho trovato il personale per niente qualificato.
I booked as a Valentine's Day gift a couple's massage with complimentary Spa entrance at this Spa that I did not know about. We arrived on time, were greeted rather coldly by the reception girls and then invited to change clothes to relax in their spa which, I must say, was very nice and perfect for a relaxing moment. After the agreed 2 hours, we asked to be able to have the much needed couple's massage but unfortunately due to a management error it had not been marked and there was no operator available at that time.
You can't understand the disappointment we felt, the moment of relaxation has suddenly turned into a nightmare.
They apologized and gave us a voucher for 2 free spa entries, which I refused, demanding the massage which was what we were interested in. They told me they will call me to let me know, who knows if that will happen.
As far as I'm concerned, the place is also nice, but the management is really bad and I found the staff not at all qualified.
