★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adress was not correct. Parking was 40€ for only 9 hours we stayed there. It was confirmed that Parking will only be 15€ per 24h. Thats not acceptable. Also costs arises which were not signed out online. They charged the tourist taxes twice which is illegal. I would not recommend These apparments to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the Worst place I have ever stayed. Fist of all the building was very old. The room doesn’t looks like in the pictures, it’s way inferior, the room was falling out, everything was broken and repaired with “glue”. When my boyfriend was working inside of the room, a part of the “stair” came out and he almost got hurt. When I called the management from the apartment, they completely ignored me and sent someone to repair the “stair” with more “glue”.
DO NOT STAY THERE IT’S A SCAMMER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is perfect! The manager was welcoming, accommodating, and helpful! Breakfast was simple, but the bar owner was also helpful. He allowed us to store our luggage at their place after checkout until we came by to pick it up and left for airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only have 4 apartments with doumo view and the pictures they have uploaded are of those only.
My experience: location is good. I was surprised to see that i dont have the view as shown i pictures (should be mentioned).
Fixtures need to be updated.
Hair dryer was not working but was quickly replaced.
AC is too small for the big room. It was hot in afternoon.
We communicated earlier if its ok to check out 30 mins late they said its not a problem and boom next morning plp banging our door to get out or pay extra 10 €.
Forget to give me my change back for city tax. Had to follow up my self.
Is good just because of location.

Nice room, beautiful bathroom.
Clean throughout.
Very cheap considering the location. (March 2016)
30 second walk to Metro station.
There is no reception, however there building itself has a concierge on the ground floor who contacted the 'hotel' staff, who arrived after shortly.
The price of the amazing location is that its a little loud. We slept well, but light sleepers may not.
The buildings lift felt a little unsafe...
Advice: If the staff are not waiting on the ground floor, go to the building concierge before going up stairs to the apartments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to cancel because of Covid and couldn’t leave country due to no flights - no refund and no courtesy of a rebook or answer to my email or answering my calls - thanks for no support during such difficult times. Would definitely have stayed here on my next trip, have let all my friends and family know to stay away. A fraud of a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for two nights and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The room was beautiful, but the room was hot when we got there. The manager wasn’t present so we spoke on the phone, demanded it to be fixed or switch rooms. He was rude, saying 28 degrees is a pleasant temperature!!!! He wouldn’t fix the air conditioner nor switch rooms. We asked for a compensation but he laughed in our faces. Terrible treatment, this is not how you treat a paying customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our stay at the studio, especially the location and the view. Nice apt with Italian-style decor. Wouldn't call it luxurious, but we found it comfortable with 2 beds, kitchenette, huge bathroom, air conditioning and good wifi. They also offered a cell phone we could use during our stay. Only drawback is the noise level might get high if there's a lot going on in the piazza, but we slept without a problem.
Service was good before and during our stay. It helped to call just before arrival, so she could meet us downstairs as there's not really a reception area. Not easy to find the entrance. Look for the pink building directly across from the Duomo.
