★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto un regalo, avendo più punti vendita e non trovando niente di mio gradimento nel primo punto vendita la commessa mi ha assicurato che se mi fossi recato in un altro punto vendita più fornito dall'altra parte della città avrei trovato più articoli interessanti, così ho fatto ma alla cassa la commessa del secondo punto vendita mi ha detto di non poter effettuare il cambio della merce perché era una cosa che poteva essere fatta solo nel negozio di partenza.
Giri a vuoto personale impreparato per quanto mi concerne e prodotti troppo costosi. Poco gusto.
I received a gift, having multiple stores and not finding anything to my liking in the first store, the saleswoman assured me that if I went to another more well-stocked store on the other side of the city I would find more interesting items, so I did but at the checkout the saleswoman of the second store told me that she could not exchange the goods because it was something that could only be done in the shop of departure.
Unprepared staff as far as I'm concerned and too expensive products go around in circles. Little taste.
