Proprio venerdì mi è capitato di trovare tra i prodotti esposti alcuni piatti fine serie con un adesivo recante il 50% di sconto: alla cassa la cassiera ha riscontrato difformità tra lo sconto ed il prezzo che veniva battuto, ma anziché chiedere al reparto ha preferito mettere in discussione la veridicità della mia buona fede lasciando intendere che l’etichetta fosse lì sopra chissà come… il tutto di fronte ad una coda di clienti in attesa. Premetto che 1 euro in più non avrebbe fatto assolutamente la differenza nel mio conto, per principio li ho lasciati, pentendomi poi di non avere lasciato anche il resto. Probabilmente manca a monte una formazione seria del personale che dovrebbe essere maggiormente rispettoso e disponibile. È la seconda volta che mi capita, evidentemente sono sfortunata con i prodotti e con i commessi… Suggerisco di fare in modo di coordinarsi evidenziando alla cassa tutto il materiale scontato per vari motivi evitando imbarazzi e male interpretazioni… Usually well stocked shop, prices above average but acceptable; some employees, fortunately few, very rude and able to make the customer uncomfortable. Just on Friday I happened to find among the products on display some end-of-series dishes with a sticker bearing the 50% discount: at the cashier the cashier found discrepancies between the discount and the price that was beaten, but instead of asking the department she preferred to put questioning the veracity of my good faith, suggesting that the label was there on who knows how… all in front of a queue of customers waiting. I state that 1 euro more would have made absolutely no difference in my account, in principle I left them, then regretted not having left the rest. Probably there is a lack of serious training of the staff who should be more respectful and helpful. This is the second time this has happened to me, evidently I am unlucky with the products and with the shop assistants ... I suggest that you coordinate by highlighting all the discounted material at the checkout for various reasons, avoiding embarrassments and misinterpretations ...
