Per loro la cura del cliente è al centro di tutto, ci riservano ogni tipo di attenzione con la massima professionalità, gentilezza e puntualità. Il taglio di Giuseppe è sempre impeccabile, il colore che mi consigliano sempre perfetto ed anche la piega (per non parlare del massaggio di Sara mentre mi fa lo shampoo...una meraviglia!!!) ? Il risultato è stato capelli corti davanti e di colpo lunghi dietro senza una scalatura ma taglio netto da dietro a davanti. E posso anche capirlo perche era un taglio gratuito ma sicuramente mi ha solo rovinato i capelli quel parrucchiere (capelli neri non l'altro pelato ). Per non parlare della piega. Sono uscita da lì con i capelli mossi come avevo chiesto ma erano tutti unti (come se non li avesse sciacquati bene dopo lo shampoo). Comunque non ci ritornerò. Posso dare un consiglio da cliente: se date un taglio o una piega gratuita per invogliare il cliente a tornare, dovete metterci passione e indurre il cliente a sentirsi a casa e soprattutto fare un bel lavoro come il cliente richiede. Per finire, i prezzi aggiuntivi vanno specificati. Se mi date un opzione in più, dovete dire che quell'opzione HA un costo e specificare il valore del costo. I asked for a layered cut. (I had a free cut coupon). The result was short hair at the front and suddenly long at the back without a layering but a clean cut from back to front. And I can also understand it because it was a free cut but surely it just ruined my hair that hairdresser (black hair not the other bald one). Not to mention the fold. I walked out of there with wavy hair like I asked but it was all greasy (like she didn't rinse it well after shampooing). However I will not go back. I can give a customer advice: if you give a free cut or fold to entice the customer to come back, you have to put passion into it and induce the customer to feel at home and above all do a good job as the customer requires. Finally, the additional prices must be specified. If you give me one more option, you have to say that that option HAS a cost and specify the cost value.

Attenti alle esigenze del cliente ,grande cura nel trattamento dei capelli dal taglio alla piega , al tipo di colore che poteva andar bene per il mio incarnato e potesse valorizzarmi ( tornerò per quello) . Prodotti ottimi per ogni tipo di capello ( io li avevo molto secchi e ho ricevuto un trattamento che li ha resi morbidissimi ). Sono molto cordiali , disponibili e competenti ! Excellent products for all types of hair (I had them very dry and I received a treatment that made them very soft). They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
