★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato in casa una vecchia edizione del libro:IMPASTI DI BASE. Lo trovo molto accurato ma devo criticare aspramente i vostri "tortellini". Io sono di Modena e, assolutamente, non si è mai tagliata la pasta a "dischetti". Forse dovreste informarvi presso la Confraternita del tortellino.
I found an old edition of the book in the house: BASIC DOUGH. I find it very accurate but I have to criticize your "tortellini" harshly. I am from Modena and, absolutely, the pasta has never been cut into "disks". Perhaps you should inquire with the Brotherhood of tortellini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto la crisi dell'editoria anche voi siete entrati nel mercato delle vacche grasse della selezione. Ormai ci sono più selezionatori che posti di lavoro...Davvero ridicoli ad aver assunto stagiste che mi auguro fossero almeno laureate per occuparsi della selezione RAI . Vi siete permessi di giudicare e dare un punteggio a delle persone basandovi su uno stupido test big5 (facilmente manipolabile da chiunque abbia studiato hr) e un colloquio di 10 minuti con domande insulse e da prima elementare. Il tutto per fare un lavoro da impiegato, neanche dovessimo andare in guerra. Nei concorsi dell'esercito viene data l'idoneità e non un punteggio alle persone!! Ovviamente, i requisiti "comportamentali" richiesti non erano noti e avete dato un punteggio finale (senza indicare il punteggio nelle singole voci) tirando i dadi e senza alcuna validità scientifica , basandovi su simpatie o altro...Davvero ridicoli!!!!!!!!!!!! Avete perso diversi clienti...

Really ridiculous to have hired interns which I hope were at least graduates to take care of the RAI selection. You have allowed yourself to judge and score people based on a stupid big5 test (easily manipulated by anyone who has studied hr) and a 10-minute interview with silly and first-grade questions. All to do a job as a clerk, we didn't even have to go to war. In the army competitions is given the suitability and not a score to the people !! Obviously, the required "behavioral" requirements were not known and you gave a final score (without indicating the score in the individual items) by rolling the dice and without any scientific validity, based on sympathies or other ... Really ridiculous !!!!! !!!!!!! You have lost several customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto colpito molto negativamente dalla pubblicazione del testo in cui è scritto che "glazie, plego" sarebbero le cose che piacciono di una amichetta cinese ad un bambino, oltre che scrivere "non si offende quando la prendiamo in giro". Trovo questa una intuizione formativa di bassissimo spessore, molto superficiale nei confronti del tema dell'integrazione, tema che invece troverebbe tanti spunti proprio in una Toscana che da anni accoglie e fà sue diverse culture e comunità. Bad touch, direbbero gli ingelsi...... Speriamo rivedano questo passo falso, e che non succeda più che una casa editrice così iconica prenda uno scivolone tanto evitabile.....
