★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi dispiace ma il servizio offerto non è stato dei migliori, e vi spiego il perché: il 24/2/19 compro un flessibile da OBI NAVACCHIO, dopo un'ora torno da OBI perché non riesco a togliere il disco montato, mi dicono che non posso cambiarlo che devo andare da Giunti ma è domenica, gli dico che il flessibile mi serve oggi e quindi ne devo acquistare un'altro, di altra marca con un aggravio di spese per me.
Quindi ci vado il giovedì dopo e mi dicono che, a causa del ritardo nell'invio dei pezzi da parte di MAKITA ci vorranno circa 2 settimana. Ieri 20 marzo 2019 chiamo Giunti alle 14 mi dicono che sono indietro nelle riparazioni e che dovrò attendere altri giorni. scrivo una mail di protesta a Makita e dopo 15 minuti mi richiama GIUNTI chiedendomi quale era il problema al flessibile, e gli rispondo: ma dopo 20 giorni e la mia chiamata mi chiedete di nuovo cosa ha il flessibile???? gli spiego il tutto, mi richiama dopo 20 minuti e mi dice che il flessibile è pronto. gli rispondo che ora avrò 2 flessibili e certamente non comprerò più MAKITA.
Non mi sembra un bel servizio sia di MAKITA che della ditta Giunti che si è mossa solo dopo che io ho telefonato e che ho scritto mail di protesta a Makita.
I'm sorry but the service offered was not the best, and I'll explain why: the 24/2/19 I buy a flexible from OBI NAVACCHIO, after an hour I come back from OBI because I can not remove the mounted disk, they tell me that I can not change that I have to go to Giunti but it's Sunday, I tell him that the flexible I need today and so I have to buy another one, of another brand with an increase in expenses for me.
So I go there the following Thursday and they tell me that, due to the delay in sending the pieces by MAKITA it will take about 2 weeks. Yesterday March 20, 2019 I call Giunti at 14 tell me that I'm back in the repairs and that I will have to wait for other days. I write an email to Makita protest and after 15 minutes I call GIUNTI wondering what was the problem to the flexible, and I answer: but after 20 days and my call you ask me again what the flexible ???? I explain it all, call me back after 20 minutes and tells me that the hose is ready. I reply that now I will have 2 flexible and certainly will not buy MAKITA anymore.
It does not seem to me a good service both from MAKITA and from the Giunti company that moved only after I called and wrote a protest email to Makita.

Il personale sa consigliarti e ti indirizza su ciò che ti serve di più per il tuo lavoro professionale. Lunedi sono andato per un tassellatore e siccome non abiti proprio vicino ma a 30 km e nonostante ci fossi stato solo una volta si ricordavano anche cosa avevo comprato appena mi hanno visto. Lunedi ho preso un assemblatori a batteria è mi hanno indirizzato sul miglior acquisto per me che monto porte, e infissi. Che dire ovviamente ogni mio prossimo acquisto makita sarà da loro
