Giulio è stato gentilissimo con noi, senza grande preavviso è riuscito a preparare un’elegantissima torta per il compleanno di mio figlio. Non appena ha visto la meraviglia ai tre cioccolati, gli si sono illuminati gli occhi e poi ha “spazzolato” letteralmente la sua porzione (leccando pure il piatto!). Super successone visto che solitamente mio figlio non mangia mai torte. Assolutamente da provare!!! Con la Pasqua in arrivo consiglio a tutti di passare in negozio a Lovadina, troverete oltre ai tradizionali ovetti, splendide uova di cioccolato, simpatiche tazze di cioccolato ricolme di ovetti e cioccolatini pronti a soddisfare anche i palati più difficili. Il paradiso per chi ama la cioccolata! Giulio's laboratory is a place where high quality of the raw material blends with the great professionalism of the "master chocolatier" which is divided into: proven skill, knowledge of the products used, experimentation and a lot of passion. Giulio was very kind to us, without great notice he managed to prepare a very elegant cake for my son's birthday. As soon as he saw the wonder at the three chocolates, his eyes lit up and then he literally "brushed" his portion (licking the plate too!). Super blockbuster since my son usually never eats cakes. Absolutely to try !!! With Easter coming I recommend everyone to go to the shop in Lovadina, in addition to the traditional eggs, you will find splendid chocolate eggs, nice cups of chocolate filled with eggs and chocolates ready to satisfy even the most difficult palates. Heaven for those who love chocolate!

La delicatezza e passione con cui Giulio prepara ogni singolo pasticcino saltano subito all'occhio, al gusto, al tatto e pure all'olfatto!!. Ho inoltre apprezzato l'umiltá e la sinceritá con cui si rapporta al cliente, quindi non mi rimane che consigliarlo a chiunque. I prezzi sono relativamente alti, ma va specificato che, se rapportati alla qualitá e all'esclusivitá del prodotto (pasticceria di alta classe, degna di attenzione internazionale), allora non risultano assolutamente esagerati. Si proprio così, ero un po’ gelosa del fatto di aver trovato dei prodotti così unici! Quando si sparge la voce , a volte si ha paura che qualcosa cambi ! Ho scoperto i dolcetti di Giulio per caso,in una fiera dell’artigianato e da quella volta son sempre tornata ad apprezzare le sue chicche! Non poco tempo fa son andata a trovarlo a Treviso (io son di Bassano del Grappa) e son rimasta colpita. Il locale non è grande,ma c’è tutto l’occorrente... I suoi dolcetti monoporzione son bellissimi da vedere,ma allo stesso tempo una goduria per il palato! I cioccolatini non son di meno , son curati nei minimi dettagli e consiglio di provarli tutti :) Poi ci sono i macarons i miei preferiti,i migliori che abbia mai mangiato ! Ogni gusto racconta la sua storia ... Son proprio loro la causa della mia piccola “gelosia”:) Se avete la possibilità, fermatevi a parlarle con Giulio. Il laboratorio, seppur piccolo ed in una zona isolata, mostra nella sua semplicità una varietà di prodotti che stupiscono il cliente; il banco é fornito di monoporzioni che sono in grado di soddisfare i gusti più sofisticati. Nel corso del weekend é inoltre possibile gustare delle ottime viennoiserie che mostrano una fusione tra la tradizione francese e quella italiana. Segnalo inoltre la possibilità di degustare del pregiato cioccolato nonché di acquistare dei prodotti che possono essere regalati o conservati a casa per assaporare un po' della passione del Maestro. Non posso che consigliare questa pasticceria/laboratorio per la sua sofisticatezza, rapporto qualità/prezzo, ed estrema gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Giulio Vacilotto is not a simple pastry chef but a professional who allows himself to be brought to the art of pastry. The laboratory, although small and in an isolated area, shows in its simplicity a variety of products that amaze the customer; the counter is equipped with single portions that are able to satisfy the most sophisticated tastes. During the weekend it is also possible to taste excellent viennoiseries that show a fusion between the French and Italian traditions. I would also like to point out the possibility of tasting fine chocolate as well as buying products that can be given as gifts or kept at home to savor a little of the Maestro's passion. I can only recommend this pastry shop / laboratory for its sophistication, quality / price ratio, and extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

Even in the smallest taste you get incredible richness of flavour. I enjoyed also a variety of cioccolatini and each piece has an elegant balance of intensiy. I definitely recommend it.
