Il turismo non sanno neanche cosa sia in questa città e in tutto l'Abruzzo Bad station .. ticket offices closed for three consecutive days during the summer .. no service .. nobody to ask for information for tickets for departures etc. Tourism does not even know what is in this city and throughout Abruzzo

V	V 99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle stazioni peggiori nelle quali io sia mai stata, anzi la piú orrenda. Neanche un'indicazione, un monitor per guardare l'arrivo dei treni. Infatti v'era uno solo e mal funzionante. La grafica dell'interfaccia era abominevole, stile anni 80, mai vista prima con orari e nomi dei treni tutti sfasati. Io, due anziani vacanzieri con le valigie ed un ragazzo abbiamo preso il treno diretto per Pescara Centrale giusto per un pelo. One of the worst stations I've ever been to, or rather the most horrible. Not even an indication, a monitor to watch the arrival of the trains. In fact there was only one and malfunctioning. The graphic of the interface was abominable, 80s style, never seen before with timetables and train names all out of phase. I, two elderly vacationers with suitcases and a boy, took the direct train to Pescara Centrale just by a hair.
C	Chiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte la mancanza di monitor esterni e ascensore (in costruzione da un anno) prima partivo tranquillamente da questa stazione. Adesso gli addetti alla sicurezza, covid o altro, l'hanno resa un posto peggiore. Oltre a non fare il proprio lavoro la stazione è sempre frequentata da persone con cui, anche volendo, non si riesce proprio a stare tranquilli. Apart from the lack of external monitors and a lift (under construction for a year), I used to leave this station safely. Now the security people, covid or whatever, have made it a worse place. In addition to not doing your job, the station is always frequented by people with whom, even if you want, you just can't rest easy.
A	Adriano Megna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siccome lavoravano troppo,hanno cambiato gli orari. Praticamente di pomeriggio non lavorano. E sabato e domenica,la stazione è fisicamente chiusa. Quindi se sabato o domenica devi chiedere un rimborso per mancata partenza,puoi anche buttare soldi e biglietto o sperare che qualche altra stazione della zona sia aperta. Peccato perché la città è stupenda e c'è tutto quello che ti serve per vivere bene As they worked too much, they changed the hours. They hardly work in the afternoon. Alla la biglietteria c’era un personaggio di una scostumatezza allucinante.....si metteva in posa dietro il vetro e ti guardava e ti faceva notare che gli stavi rompendo le scatole. Ho pagato due biglietti circa 150 euro e sentirsi trattati in questo modo fa veramente male. Tonight, around 6 pm, Giulianova station, I needed some information. At the ticket office there was a character with a hallucinating rudeness ..... he would pose behind the glass and look at you and point out that you were bothering him. I paid for two tickets around 150 euros and to feel treated like this really hurts.
N	Noemi Campanella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio esprimermi sul servizio Trenitalia. Pessimo, ti lasciano a piedi i treni vengono soppressi e i pullman di sostituzione arrivano dopo un’ora o per niente. Sono stata oggi un’ora ad aspettare un treno soppresso e il pullman non è nemmeno passato. Pessimo voglio il rimborso, e per farlo il sito mi da anche errore! Non valgono nemmeno 0,20 centesimi I want to comment on the Trenitalia service. Bad, they leave you on foot, trains are canceled and replacement buses arrive after an hour or not at all. I spent an hour today waiting for a canceled train and the bus didn't even pass. Bad I want a refund, and to do it the site also gives me an error! They are not even worth 0.20 cents
