★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho svolto un colloquio venerdì 9 aprile.ci eravamo messi d'accordo su tutto..livello durata iniziale del contratto...mi era stato detto che sarei stato chiamato per svolgere la visita...oltretutto io gli avevo detto che avevo un accordo già con altra azienda...quindi dovevo essere sicuro del lavoro...mi è stato garantito...dopo pochi giorni si sono rimangiati tutto quello che avevano detto...per fortuna che nn avevo ancora rinunciato all'altro lavoro...altrimenti adesso sarei senza nulla....io dico solo una cosa...non si può giocare con le persone...con Il lavoro..già adesso è difficile x tutto...e anche trovare un lavoro nn è semplice....quindi nn si puo giocare...quando abbiamo davanti una persona..bisogna essere chiari...avere rispetto ed essere corretti....nessuno è obbligato ad assumere....ma ci vuole chiarezza....e quando si dice una cosa mantenerla...o cmq avvisare subito....non si può giocare con le persone...e rischiare che magari perdono un lavoro perché si sono fidati delle parole....per fortuna che non ho perso Il lavoro fuori regione...oltretutto è anche più vantaggioso...ma avrei preferito anche rinunciare a qualcosa per restare vicino a casa....spero solo che cambino il modo di parlare con le persone che hanno davanti....ci vuole serietà...rispetto e correttezza

I only say one thing ... you can't play with people ... with work ... it's already difficult for everything ... and even finding a job is not easy ... so you can't play ... when we have a person in front of us ... we must be clear ... have respect and be fair ... no one is obliged to assume .... but we need clarity ... .and when you say something keep it ... or cmq warn immediately ... you can't play with people ... and risk that maybe they lose a job because they trusted them words .... luckily I have not lost the work outside the region ... moreover it is also more advantageous ... but I would also have preferred to give up something to stay close to home .... I just hope they change the way of speaking with the people in front of them .... it takes seriousness ... respect and fairness
