★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, nonostante la bravura, devo dare 1 stella perché all'ingresso mi è venuto incontro un cane di grossa taglia (i cani ci possono stare nei centri estetici? Non lo sapevo) che nonostante avessi chiesto di allontanarmelo, la titolare non mi ha saputo comprendere nel mio disagio ( le ho subito detto che ero stata morsa su diverse parti del corpo da un cane simile ciò nonostante ci ha scherzato su dicendo che è un cane addestrato al salvataggio.
Meno male una di loro, una brava dipendente comprensiva ha intuito che non ero per niente a mio agio quindi lo ha tenuto buono distraendolo per tutto l'arco della mia seduta.
Nessuno poi ha chiesto di esibire green pass all ingresso e nei minuti successivi, ma solo quando gli io ho chiesto a una di loro di poterlo esibire.
Peccato.
Unfortunately, despite the skill, I have to give 1 star because at the entrance I was met by a large dog (can dogs stay in beauty centers? I did not know) that despite having asked to leave him, the owner did not know. understand my discomfort (I immediately told her that I had been bitten on different parts of the body by such a dog but she joked about it saying that it is a trained rescue dog.
Luckily one of them, a good understanding employee sensed that I was not at all at ease so she kept him good by distracting him throughout my session.
Nobody then asked to show the green pass at the entrance and in the following minutes, but only when I asked one of them to be able to show it.
Pity.
