Unboxing was exciting with the plants being good sized and of high quality. We will be purchasing from this grower again.

Still, this order was, I think, very disappointing. I would have wished more transparent communication. In the end I contacted DHL myself because you apparently weren't able to!

V	Viola Lei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased twice from Giromagi. The first time everything was in perfect condition. The second time was rather disappointing. Black prince, topsy turvy, Debbie, lovely rose, chiseled stones all came with alive mealy bugs. The Aeonium sedifolium I ordered was in terrible shape. I ordered chilseled stones and got crested form with no prior notice or communication. Three leaves of the pachyphytum amethystinum were translucent and burst with water. The same with Sedum Rubrotinctum . Apparently those two just got watered before shipping.
