Ci portano un intero ordine sbagliato, tocchiamo il panino e indichiamo al personale che non è il nostro e lo danno al tavolo di altri 2 ragazzi che poverini giustamente se lo sono fatti cambiare. Dopo oltre 30 min di attesa ci arriva finalmente il panino ma ovviamente a me era sbagliato c'era solo hamburger e mortadella (vedi foto) quando in realtà io avevo chiesto anche bacon, crema di pistacchi ecc. Dopo solo un'altra attesa di ulteriori 7 min mi arriva il panino ormai freddo, ma senza bacon... Ho preferito rimanere in silenzio per non aspettare altro tempo ma non ritorneremo mai più!!!
Very negative experience at the limit of the possible. They bring us a whole wrong order, we touch the sandwich and indicate to the staff that it is not ours and they give it to the table of 2 other guys who rightly got it changed. After more than 30 minutes of waiting the sandwich finally arrives but obviously I was wrong there was only hamburger and mortadella (see photo) when in reality I had also asked for bacon, pistachio cream etc. After just another 7 min wait, the now cold sandwich arrives, but without bacon ... I preferred to remain silent so as not to wait any longer but we will never return !!!
