★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi a martinucci eravamo 6 adulti 7 bambini.. Stavamo andando nella terrazza con divanetti.. Completamente vuoti.. Siamo stati bloccati e rifiutati ad alta voce perché nn avevamo prenotato . Dopo questa io andavo tutte le mattine e nn andrò mai più . Gran maleducazione nel gestire i clienti . Mi dispiace proprio.. Il personale deve essere consapevole come gestire i buoni clienti ..
Today martinucci we were 6 adults 7 children .. We were going to the terrace with sofas .. Completely empty .. We were blocked and rejected out loud because we had not booked. After this I went every morning and I will never go again. Great rudeness in managing customers. I'm so sorry .. The staff must be aware of how to handle good customers ..
