★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante l'assicurazione coprisse integralmente le cure di cui avevo bisogno e avesse emesso un voucher a costo zero per me, lo studio mi ha chiesto di pagare una differenza sostenendo che a studio il tariffario fosse più alto. Tuttavia, se accetti dei prezzi in convenzione non puoi richiedere alcuna differenza!!! Ho contattato l'assicurazione che mi ha dato ragione e lo studio ha cancellato la richiesta di prestazioni adducendo che fosse una mia richiesta. Io non ho mai richiesto nessun annullamento ma solo il rispetto di quanto previsto dalla convenzione.
Spero che l'assicurazione abbia preso gli opportuni provvedimenti.
Although the insurance fully covered the care I needed and issued a zero-cost voucher for me, the studio asked me to pay a difference by claiming that the rate was higher at the studio. However, if you accept the agreed prices you cannot ask for any difference !!! I contacted the insurance company who agreed with me and the firm canceled the request for benefits on the grounds that it was my request. I have never requested any cancellation but only compliance with the provisions of the agreement.
I hope the insurance has taken appropriate action.
