Non aveva i guanti, mascherina anti Covid non era indossata, al momento del lavaggio non aveva più lo shampoo. Mai più. Nel fare la tinta mi ha lasciato la testa macchiata per non parlare della gonna, macchiata con la tinta che ora è da buttare. Piega pessima, ho dovuto rifare tutto una volta tornata a casa. Accoglienza e professionalità assenti. Precauzioni anti covid assenti. Sconsigliato vivamente Absolutely rejected. Inoltre ho forte prurito alla cute e io avevo solo richiesti una stinta ai capelli invece mi è stato fatto un taglio togliendo 2cm di più da un lato.Quindi professionalità e pulizia pessimi. Anna è veramente brava, qualche tempo fa mi ha fatto un taglio in maniera tale che dovunque faccio la riga i capelli sono sempre a posto. Sono tornata lì la scorsa settimana per i colpi di sole. Anna si impegna molto, ho provato diverse parrucchiere ma come Anna nessuna, oltretutto applica prezzi modici. Veramente consigliato. Optimal.
