Siccome il negozio non é adeguatamente illuminato uno non può scegliersi bene la tonalità del trucco, per cui ho chiesto consiglio alla commessa. La commessa in varie occasioni mi ha consigliato delle tonalità troppo chiare che poi non potevo usare. Quando sono tornata l'ennesima volta per ricomprarmi lo stesso prodotto nella tonalità più scura ed ho fatto presente questo problema, non mi hanno fatto ne ricambiare il prodotto (che dico va bene essendo già iniziato) ma nemmeno mi hanno dato un minimo di sconto sul altro che dovevo comprare. Inoltre quando pagavo mi rendevo conto che mi hanno sostituito il prodotto con uno identico ma più costoso senza dirmelo. Dopo tutto questo mi hanno dato due campioncini con la faccia tipo "sentiti onorata". Non ci tornerò più e non lo consiglio a nessuno, almeno questo ad Albano. Gli stessi prodotti si trovano ad Acqua e Sapone con prezzi migliori e personale più competente e gentile.
Unfortunately I have had bad experiences in this shop. Since the shop is not adequately lit, one cannot choose the shade of the make-up well, so I asked the shop assistant for advice. The saleswoman on several occasions advised me of too light shades that I could not use. When I came back for the umpteenth time to buy the same product in the darker shade and I pointed out this problem, they did not give me back the product (which I say is fine having already started) but neither did they give me a minimum discount on the other than I had to buy. Also when I paid I realized that they replaced the product with an identical but more expensive one without telling me. After all this they gave me two samples with a "feel honored" face. I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone, at least this in Albano. The same products are found in Acqua e Sapone with better prices and more competent and kind staff.

The perfumery is well stocked with products always at competitive prices and helpful and trained staff.

It doesn't look like it from the outside but the shop is large and offers a wide range of items from different brands. A very well assorted perfumery.
