Lo scorso anno ho acquistato 2 paia di sci ed 1 paio di scarponi
Oggi ho chiesto la cortesia di poter verificare se necessario sostituire gli sci della bambina (mai utilizzati causa lockdown) con una misura superiore ovviamente con la mia disponibilità del pagamento della differenza.
C'è stato il rifiuto anche della sola verifica e chiaramente la contestuale perdita del cliente..peccato che avrei dovuto acquistare anche 2 completi sci ed un paio di scarponi..
Poi dicono di aiutare i commercianti di città e non andare ad acquistare presso le catene sportive...evviva Decathlon!!
