Excellent pizza, highly digestible pasta and non-annoying garlic as often happens. Ortolana is the best test. They order at specific times and are punctual.

Pizzeria that does not answer the phone during opening hours. If you want to book for the evening no one will answer you. I would love to taste this pizza but you can see the owners have too much to work with. We hope in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vera pizza napoletana. Come si suol dire fatta "ad arte". C'è un sottile confine tra i canoni che vanno a caratterizzare una pizza e l'innovazione che vi si può apportare. Quei confini vanno dall'altezza del cornicione e da quanto sia spesso il centro della pizza che diventano limite di rivisitazione di un prodotto di qualità.
Quei limiti si fanno palesi quando ci si alza da tavola e non ci si sente "appesantiti". Questo è un elemento fondamentale perché una pizza possa dirsi tale.
Questa pizzeria vi garantirà di poter trovare quell'equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione.
Una pizzeria da asporto che certamente non ha proprio nulla da invidiare alle turistiche location ristorative di Via dei Tribunali e che mi auguro possa presto accrescere la sua popolarità.

The real Neapolitan pizza. As they say, made "artfully". There is a fine line between the canons that characterize a pizza and the innovation that can be brought to it. Those boundaries range from the height of the cornice and how often the center of the pizza is, which become the limit for revisiting a quality product.
Those limits become clear when you get up from the table and don't feel "burdened". This is a fundamental element for a pizza to be called such.
This pizzeria will guarantee you can find that balance between tradition and innovation.
A takeaway pizzeria that certainly has nothing to envy to the tourist restaurant locations of Via dei Tribunali and which I hope will soon increase its popularity.
Highly recommended.
