( Canada ) ho aquistato un pennello da barba ZENITH 355 x 355 pura setola pagandolo 16 euro. devo dire e' seriamente una porcheria di pennello dopo otto mesi di uso le setole vengono fuori a massa giornalmente. mi dispiace molto di scrivere questo pero' una brutta esperienza.

I last year I was on vacation in Italy since
(Canada) I bought a ZENITH 355 x 355 pure bristle shaving brush for 16 euros. I have to say it is seriously a piece of brush after eight months of use the bristles come out to mass daily. I'm very sorry to write this but a bad experience.

Mi hanno risposto per tre volte che dovevo averla ordinata e pagata a parte Che l'essere nell'elenco dei pezzi non significava che fosse parte della macchina. Il tutto in tono aggressivo

They sent an electric chainsaw without the blade (structural and essential element) I reported proposing integration or return.
They replied three times that I must have ordered and paid for it separately. That being on the parts list didn't mean it was part of the machine. All in an aggressive tone
