Tutto ciò che ho ricevuto io è stato esattamente l'opposto di ciò che ho potuto leggere dalle esperienze degli altri clienti: personale sgarbato, poco attento al cliente e tempi d'attesa lunghissimi. Mi sono recata più volte in questa gioielleria ed ognuna di queste sono stata ignorata dal personale, che al posto di servirmi si intratteneva in chiacchiere e conversazioni varie. Una volta riuscita ad entrare in contatto con uno degli addetti l'unica qualità che ha saputo mostrarmi è stata la sgarbatezza.
SCONSIGLIATISSIMO, MAI PIÙ!
I am amazed at the excellent reviews I read about this business. Everything I received was exactly the opposite of what I was able to read from the experiences of other customers: rude staff, not very attentive to the customer and very long waiting times. I went to this jewelry store several times and each of these was ignored by the staff, who instead of serving me, entertained themselves in various chatter and conversations. Once she managed to get in touch with one of the employees, the only quality she was able to show me was rudeness.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, NEVER AGAIN!
