★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo dopo circa 30 anni che mi servivo di loro, dopo aver conosciuto il papà Veronelli, sono rimasto assai deluso. Prima di scrivere questa recensione ho dovuto "digerire" il fatto perché assolutamente non me lo sarei mai aspettato da loro. Peccato perché oltre al danno e alla delusione cocente sono obbligato a cercare un nuovo orefice che mi garantisca i lavori di manutenzione che ero solito portare. Un consiglio: se portate preziosi a riparare, se in oro, fateli pesare e scrivere sulla ricevuta, o potreste avere bruttissime sorprese.
Unfortunately, after about 30 years of using them, after meeting my father Veronelli, I was very disappointed. Before writing this review I had to "digest" the fact because I absolutely never expected it from them. Too bad because in addition to the damage and the bitter disappointment I am obliged to look for a new goldsmith who can guarantee me the maintenance work that I used to carry. A tip: if you bring precious items to be repaired, if in gold, have them weighed and written on the receipt, or you could have very nasty surprises.

Per accorciare il cinturino del mio smartwatch di un paio di maglie i titolari non mi hanno neanche chiesto il "disturbo" ,facendomi il "lavoretto" a titolo gratuito. Che gentili, veramente!
Very kind and cordial, the shop is well stocked with really beautiful jewels, watches and other very elegant and refined goldsmith products. To shorten the strap of my smartwatch by a couple of links, the owners didn't even ask me to "disturb" me, doing the "chore" for free. How kind, really!
