Ho acquiastao meno di un anno fa un orologio in questo punto vendita, precisamente della marca Stroili, ha smesso di funzionare da un giorno all'altro. L'ho portato in negozio con garanzia ancora valida, senza nessuna motivizione, mi é stato detto che non era possibile ripararlo, se non pagando. La parte peggiore é indiscutibilmete il momento del ritiro, quando l'orologio mi é stato consegnato con il vetro spaccato, nonostante lo avessi lasciato non rotto. Nel foglio del ritrio la commessa aveva addirittura scritto bianco su nero, che l'orologio era integro. Nonostante ciò, non vi é stata alcuna presa di responsabilità da parte dei negozionati, dandomi tra l'altro anche della smemorata, facendo leva sul fatto che, probabilmente, avevo portato loro l'oggetto rotto, senza essermene accorta. Sconsigliato! Professionalism equal to zero. Less than a year ago I bought a watch in this store, precisely from the Stroili brand, which stopped working overnight. I took it to the shop with the warranty still valid, without any reason, I was told that it was not possible to repair it, if not paying. The worst part is indisputably the moment of collection, when the watch was delivered to me with the glass broken, even though I had left it unbroken. The saleswoman had even written in black and white on the back sheet that the watch was intact. Despite this, there was no taking of responsibility on the part of the negotiators, also giving me the forgetfulness, relying on the fact that, probably, I had brought them the broken object, without realizing it. Not recommended!
