Assolutamente sconsigliato. Ho comprato una collanina con brillante a luglio e l'ho già fatta cambiare 3 volte. La prima volta dopo una settimana la collana da argento é diventata nera; la seconda volta mentre la stavo mettendo si è spezzata in due e la terza dopo un giorno che l'avevano cambiata si é nuovamente rotta. Il personale si è giustificato dicendo che era colpa del profumo, ma sfortunatamente io profumo non ne uso. Sono molto delusa, sicuramente è stata la prima e l'ultima esperienza da Stroili, non ve lo consiglio.
Absolutely not recommended. I bought a diamond necklace in July and have already changed it 3 times. The first time in a week the silver necklace turned black; the second time when I was putting it on it broke in two and the third time after they had changed it, it broke again. The staff justified themselves by saying it was the fault of the perfume, but unfortunately I don't use perfume. I am very disappointed, it was certainly the first and last experience from Stroili, I do not recommend it.

Beyond disappointed. I'm a student abroad so obviously money is beyond tight, but coming to the end of my placement I wanted to get my supervisor a gift. Chose it and when I went to finalise the sales assistant pointed out an offer of silver colour bracelets from 16 euro to 6 more or less. As this is a reputable department store, I felt really lucky I'd found an opportunity to get matching braclets for all the girls in my family from Italy. I told her this and she knew they were gifts for my family as I kept mentioning it. I bought 8, although that was pretty much the last of my money, cause I thought it was a great deal. I took care of mine, didn't get it wet, and wore it for two days, before half the thing revelaved a really REALLY tacky copper inside. It looked rediculous against the rest of the silver colour. Like worse that anything I got from Claire's as a child. I was pretty gutted. So I returned with the recipet to get my money back (which I hate doing- even in my own language). I showed who I assume was the original sales assistant's manger the tacky braclet, and told her I clearly couldn't give these as gifts now. I was informed that they DO NOT DO MONEY BACK IN ANY FORM. YES. TO BE CLEAR. LESS THAN A WEEK AFTER PURCHASE, WITH RECIEPT, AND 7 IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, SHOWING ONE CLEARLY EXTREMELY FAULTY\SCAM ARTIST BRACELT, NO RETURN FOR MONEY. I had to spend the money in that exact department. Which was small and really not my style. The thing is, I had spent 47.50 on 8 braclets. That's my kind of budget at the moment (again, oversees student). I am unfortunately not able to chose to spend that much on 2 braclets, as I was now being forced to get from the place, or else leave with nothing. At 20 euros each this left me with 7.50 unspent and I didn't want to let them have it, so ended up feeling like I had to pay 12.50 more to by a third (at least now me, my mum and sister all have something). I did not get an apology in any way shape or form. What I got was being told 'no water', as if I'm stupid enough to have put my bracelet under water. Really felt like I was being blamed for their gross tacky copper product. Honestly cannot reccomend them less. Did not try to show sympathy, or apologise. As a side note I worked on the Customer Complaints desk at a supermarket for years so I know when it's fair or unfair to complain about behaviour and product and this is all really fair. Feel like I've been conned out of 60 euros that I didn't have. Don't go here.
