Una stella è anche troppo. MAI PIÙ, personale scortese, pessima gestione del cliente. Pur di vendere danno informazioni errate , per poi rimetterci noi clienti senza neanche scusarsi dell accaduto.
One star is too much. NEVER MORE, unfriendly staff, bad customer management. In order to sell they give incorrect information, and then we lose out as customers without even apologizing for it.

Ho effettuato un cambio di un regalo ricevuto, ad oggi sono passati più di 40 giorni e quando chiamo le commesse hanno una gentilezza pari a zero. Io credo che sia un negozio non di clienti affezionati, ma di clienti che capitano lì per la prima volta. 1 per i prezzi alle stelle, 2 xk il titolare dovrebbe lasciare spazio a ragazze EDUCATE e che almeno abbiano voglia di risponderti al telefono. Chiami e già dal buongiorno sbruffano, le chiedi informazioni e ti rispondono pure male . Nn mi sta regalando niente nessuno , i soldi sono stati dati, quindi al posto di rispondere a cavolo, imparassero prima L educazione.. io penso che il personale, per questo tipo di lavoro debba essere in primis Educato e poi sorridente. Due commesse che sembravano morti che camminano, in più scostumate….. mai più. Solo in attesa di ricevere il mio ordine dopodiché nemmeno a passarci vicino

Ho acquistato un oggetto tramite il sito Stroili, e poi una volta pagato ho inserito nella preferenza di ritirarlo direttamente nel negozio fisico al centro commerciale di Latina. Esperienza nel complesso sufficiente e nelle aspettative. Il personale al di là di quello che si legge nelle altre recensioni mi è sembrato disponibile, gentile ed educato. Consiglio la marca Stroili, gioielli e oggetti preziosi di ottima qualità e disponibili ad ogni possibilità economica.
I purchased an item through the Stroili website, and then once paid I added the preference to collect it directly from the physical store in the Latina shopping center. Overall experience sufficient and in expectations. The staff beyond what you read in the other reviews seemed to me helpful, kind and polite. I recommend the Stroili brand, jewels and precious objects of excellent quality and available to every economic possibility.

??⛔️RUDE, NEGLIGENT, ARROGANT AND THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I live in NL and people there tend to have little knowledge of the meaning CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees in this jewelry store are way below that level and are worst than what I have experienced before, let’s say I have never been treated so bad before. I left a piece of jewelry on a Friday and had to wait 8 days to collect it. They also gave me a paper with the exact date to collect. They ask for your contact info. which they never use, so don’t expect to be called if they are late or something is wrong. I arrive on the agreed Saturday to pick up my stuff and they said it was not delivered back to their shop yet, despite it was already 4 pm they said it could still arrive the same day or Monday, and again I had a paper saying PICK UP DATE IS SATURDAY, no excuse, no explanation given, despite the fact that we already told them we had a limited time frame because we had to leave the city. Monday was already 2 extra days waiting to get my stuff back, so 10 days waiting in total. They could’ve been upfront and say delivery times might fail and your waiting time can always be extended, but that is not what they said to me. I waited till Monday morning I called again to ask if my stuff was ready to pick up and they only said it will arrive Monday and could not give any time frame. So they make me wait since Saturday, they are already late and give no explanation due to why they were delayed and she said in a very chill way it will arrive Monday don’t know the time. We had to call a second time to ask them to give me a precise time for pick up and they said it should be 2 pm. We arrived at 2 pm on Monday, this woman working there named RAFFAELLA was nothing but RUDE, ARROGANT AND DISMISSIVE we tried to explain to her in a good way, that we had been given a timeframe for the job to be full field an it was disappointing the fact that they were so negligent about their delay, despite that they were also explained that we could not wait longer, and we would have to be begging for info. about the pick up time. She turn so rude and dismissive basically saying that we were bothering by calling to the shop to make sure they would GIVE MY STUFF BACK. She also asked why was the purpose of saying this to her? My boyfriend explained to her that it was just for them to keep it mind l, which she didn’t like at all to what she replied WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME? I guess as a Customer, you have the right to say when the service you got provided with was not ok. I know there are people that like to complaint about anything and are difficult just because they can. I am not that person, I can understand that plans and dates fall through I can understand that people make mistakes but this people at this store they behave as if I had no rights to ask anything and far from that I should be thankful of the POOR SERVICE (if you can even call it that) they provide. THEY FORGET THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE RIGHTS AND AS I AM OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR THE JOB THEY MAKE FOR ME, THEY ACQUIRED AN OBLIGATION TO FULL FIELD THEIR COMMITMENT. ALL I WOULD’VE EXPECTED WAS A BETTER TREATMENT AND AT LEAST AN APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY AND NOT TO MAKE ME FEEL AS I WAS BOTHERING THEM. If you want poor customer service and rude people to help you and make you wait for your things PLEASE DO GO TO THIS STORE!
