Mi hanno fatto pagare pure 4€ per un bracciale che era rotto, mi è stato regalato il 24 dicembre e l’ho cambiato il 27 giusto il tempo di far aprire il negozio dopo Natale. nemmeno il tempo di metterlo! Oggetti “arripizzati” 2 times I bought items that broke instantly, no negligence on my part. They even charged me € 4 for a bracelet that was broken, it was given to me on December 24th and I changed it on December 27th just long enough for the shop to open after Christmas. not even time to put it on! Sconsiglio a tutti di acquistare da loro!!! Very bad customer support, my Citizen watch brought under guarantee for the replacement of the solar-charged battery has been in Palermo for more than 4 months just because nobody is going to collect it (the assistance center has informed me that it has been ready for more than 3 months ) I will go personally to pick it up. Siamo arrivati da Gioielliparrino e mi hanno fatto trovare due modelli di solitari con diamanti tra cui scegliere (il mio compagno aveva programmato tutto). Entrambi erano fantastici ma alla fine ne ho scelto 1 (peccato perchè li avrei presi entrambi ahah). Morale della favola, la confezione regalo era fantastica e questo anello è davvero unico nel suo genere, uno spettacolo! My partner gave me a super surprise by asking me to follow him out of the house without revealing the destination. We arrived at Gioielliparrino and they made me find two diamond solitaire models to choose from (my partner had everything planned). Both were great but in the end I chose 1 (too bad because I would have taken both haha). Moral of the story, the gift box was fantastic and this ring is truly one of a kind, a sight!
