Entro in negozio e trovo la titolare con il telefono in mano, che neanche si degna di guardarmi, La saluto cordialmente chiedendole di poter vedere delle fedi, dicendole il nome del produttore e anche la tipologia che cercavo. Lei quasi infastidita mi risponde che le fedi erano esposte in vetrina e che se dovevo solo dare un'occhiata non valeva la pena di prenderle. Mi dice di ritornare con la mia fidanzata, Che la data del matrimonio è lontana quindi usciranno modelli nuovi. Questo mi fa capire che queste persone pensano solo ai soldi e che non badano all'interesse del cliente. Sicuramente non tornerò una seconda volta vista la sufficienza con cui sono stato trattato. Non fanno scontrini cortesia, ma dicono che non ci sono problemi per il cambio dell'oggetto. Al momento del cambio dicono una serie di bugie e scuse e alla fine non cambiano niente. Più persone mi avevano raccontato brutte esperienze con questo negozio, ma non ho voluto crederci fino a quando non è capitato anche a me. Mai più!!!! Shameful !!! Sono entrato chiedendo di vedere, con intenzione di acquistare, un orologio di una importante marca esposto in vetrina, che loro hanno in vendita pur non essendo più concessionari. Alla mia richiesta di poter vedere la documentazione tecnica riportante la referenza, il movimento incassato e la data di fabbricazione mi è stato risposto che avrei potuto vederli solo dopo aver confermato l'acquisto sottolineando e facendomi notare che mi trovavo in una gioielleria mica... Come dire che dovevo fidarmi perché non stavo mica trattando con una bancarella. Tra l'altro si capiva chiaramente che la signora non era competente di quel genere di orologi. E bisognerebbe vedere con quale tono superficiale ed arrogante si esprimeva quella signora. Un comportamento veramente inaudito e inspiegabile da parte di una persona che sta lì per vendere . A quel punto, vista l'impossibilità di una conversazione costruttiva, ho salutato e sono andato via. Mi è dispiaciuto molto perché con un'altra persona dall'altra parte del bancone si sarebbe potuto concludere diversamente. M	Mario Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza negativissima.. mancanza totale di professionalità! sono stato presso questa pseudo gioielleria per consegnare un orologio da sistemare in garanzia della cui marca Loro sono concessionari.. e quindi avevano il dovere di ritirarlo e provvedere a farlo pervenire al centro di assistenza... la signora con cui ho avuto a che fare è stata di una scontrosità e di un' arroganza indescrivibile.. alla fine si è rifiutata di ritirare l'orologio dicendo che non aveva tempo per portarlo al centro di assistenza e che non lo avevo acquistato da loro ( fregandosene totalmente che la garanzia è internazionale e opera su tutto il territorio e loro avevano l'obbligo di ritirarlo e farlo pervenire al centro assistenza) BOCCIATI!! very negative experience .. total lack of professionalism!
