Ho chiesto alla commessa se poteva gentilmente (pagando ovviamente) darmi il peso,la misura e confermarmi che fosse oro 14kt e avere anche un'idea sul valore poiché volevo vendermelo privatamente. Premetto che non avevo assolutamente accennato al fatto che volessi venderlo alla gioielleria. La commessa(nuova) va a consultarsi con la titolare che stava assistendo un'altra cliente. Mi sono accorto subito dalla smorfia di fastidio della titolare mentre dice a mezza bocca,sottovoce e anche con una certa superbia alla commessa la seguente frase:"no..noi non ci facciamo niente,digli di andare dal compro oro.." Avrei dovuto abbassarmi al suo livello e risponderle con lo stesso disprezzo che non avevo intenzione di venderlo a lei ma son stato più educato. Detto questo, é sicuro che non metterò mai più piede in codesta gioielleria dove evidentemente sia la professionalità che la cortesia non esistono.. p.s. uscito da lì sono andato ad una gioelleria a Fiano Romano dove, gentilmente e professionalmente,il titolare ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni richieste senza oltretutto chiedere nulla... I immediately noticed the owner's grimace of annoyance as she says to the saleswoman in a low voice and also with a certain pride the following sentence: "no .. we don't do anything about it, tell him to go to the gold shop .." I should have lowered myself to her level and replied with the same contempt that I had no intention of selling it to her but I was more polite. Having said that, it is certain that I will never set foot again in this jewelry store where obviously both professionalism and courtesy do not exist .. p.s. I left there I went to a jewelery shop in Fiano Romano where, kindly and professionally, the owner provided us with all the information requested without asking anything ...
