★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver avuto la “necessità” , per una mia disattenzione, di un intervento in assistenza su di un orologio, ho avuto la riprova (semmai ce né fosse stato bisogno!!!) della servizio completo, della cortesia e dell’efficienza anche dopo l’acquisto, cosa non affatto scontata!!!
E non ultimo, il tempo trascorso in negozio, rimane sempre una calda conversazione “fra amici”….siamo lontanissimi dalla freddezza e dal distacco che spesso ti accolgono in attività analoghe!!!!
After having had the "need", due to my inattention, to intervene in assistance on a watch, I had the proof (if ever there was any need !!!) of the complete service, courtesy and efficiency even after the purchase, which is not at all obvious !!!
And last but not least, the time spent in the shop always remains a warm conversation "between friends" .... we are very far from the coldness and detachment that often welcome you in similar activities !!!!

Ho portato un bracciale con tesserine in ceramica da sistemare (una da sostituire e le altre da ritoccare) che necessitava di essere spedito a Ravenna. Ecco, quindi più una "bega" che altro, si potrebbe dire... Invece sin da subito sono stata accolta da Sara con gentilezza sincera e molta professionalità. Il servizio è stato davvero ottimo, competente e soprattutto davvero onesto.
Non mancheranno altre occasioni per recarmi da loro. Consiglio vivamente.
Professionalism is seen above all in the little things ... I brought a bracelet with ceramic badges to fix (one to be replaced and the others to be retouched) that needed to be sent to Ravenna. Here, therefore, more a "quarrel" than anything else, one could say ... Instead, right from the start I was welcomed by Sara with sincere kindness and a lot of professionalism. The service was really great, knowledgeable and above all really honest.
There will be other occasions to go to them. I highly recommend.
