Ieri 09/03 mi sono recato al punto vendita per farmi cambiare il vestito, in quanto mia figlia ha avuto per una settimana la febbre e non lo ha potuto mettere, inoltre ci siamo accorti che la misura era piccola e per lo più mancava anche il cappello . Ho fatto presente alla proprietaria che è diritto di ogni consumatore recedere entro 15 gg dall'acquisto, purché ovviamente il prodotto sia intatto, come nel mio caso. La proprietaria infine non ne ha voluto sapere di fare il cambio, rispondendomi che se allora dovessimo rispettare la legge saremmo in un altro mondo, infischiandosene altamente dei diritti dei consumatori.
