★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho comprato diversi regalini per questo Natale, fra questi un regalo per il compleanno di mio figlio un un'elicottero telecomando, quando scarta il regalo non funziona! Purtroppo mi accorgo di aver perso lo scontrino, ma torno cmq in negozio sperando in una soluzione, e nulla dopo i vari tentativi di "aggiustare" in vano il giocattolo mi mandano via dicendomi che senza lo scontrino non possono fare nulla, davanti a mio figlio che era con me coi lacrimoni ...nel giorno del suo compleanno ! Zero empatia freddezza e antipatia assoluta ! Mai più.
Bad experience, I bought several gifts for this Christmas, among them a gift for my son's birthday in a remote control helicopter, when he unwraps the gift it doesn't work! Unfortunately I realize that I have lost the receipt, but I go back to the shop anyway hoping for a solution, and nothing after the various attempts to "fix" the toy in vain they send me away telling me that without the receipt they can do nothing in front of my son who was with me with tears ... on his birthday! Zero coldness empathy and absolute antipathy! Never again.
